American Red Cross Holds Blood Drive at Congregation Agudas Achim.
WHAT: The American Red Cross and Sharon Community are holding a blood drive
to support the community blood supply for patients in need. Every two
seconds, someone in the United States needs blood, and every pint
donated could save up to three lives.
The Red Cross is urging the public to make an appointment to donate
blood at the below location by calling 1-800-REDCROSS or logging on to
RedCrossBlood.org.

ATTLEBORO DEMOCRATIC CITY COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY MONTHLY MEETING TO FEATURE STATE REPRESENTATIVE LIDA HAWKINS, 2010 DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR STATE SENATE, AND CLARE KELLY AND ASHLEY COULOMBE OF THE PATRICK/MURRAY RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGNS
The Attleboro Democratic City Committee (ADCC) is having its next monthly meeting on Thursday, February 4th at the Attleboro Library on North Main Street at 7 PM. The featured speakers will be State Representative Lida Harkins (13th Norfolk District), a Democratic candidate for the State Senate seat held by Scott Brown. This Senate district includes Norfolk, Bristol, and Middlesex counties, which includes Attleboro Wards 1, 2, and 3A.
We are also going to hear about the status of the re-election campaigns of Governor Deval Patrick’s and Lt. Governor Tim Murray from Clare Kelly, Field Director for the Patrick campaign and Ashley Columbe, Field Organizer for Tim Murray. This meeting is open to the public.
